Refund policy

We stand behind Spartex with a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 90 days of delivery. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@try-spartex.com. Returns must be requested before being sent back — items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions and the return address.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@try-spartex.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products may only be returned if defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@try-spartex.com.
